Businesses in today’s digital era need to build impactful strategies, driven by three strong constructs like availability, affordability and accessibility. Aided by its technological capabilities, e-commerce is democratizing commerce in India by empowering the retail landscape in India. E-commerce has enabled accessibility and provided a pleasant shopping experience for consumers, with a myriad of options to choose from. All this has been made possible with the capabilities and infrastructure of a strong and efficient supply chain in the system, to deliver packages seamlessly.
